Scrunch Review
The AI Customer Experience Platform: monitor, optimize and serve your site to AI agents
GEO & LLM Optimization · From $250/mo
Overview
Scrunch sells itself as the AI Customer Experience Platform. The product watches how AI agents and answer engines talk about your brand, then helps you fix what they find. Its Agent Experience Platform (AXP) serves optimized content to AI agents through Agent Pages, and the site diagnostics half audits how readable your site is to crawlers and agents. Monitoring and Citations tracks brand presence across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot on the Core plan, with sentiment, citations, funnel stage tagging and limited query fan-out. Insights turns gaps into recommendations, Shopping reports performance at the product level, and Agent Traffic shows which AI agents hit your site. Core costs $250 per month: 125 unique prompts, five site audits a month, one brand workspace, five user licenses, one country and five competitors. Enterprise is custom and covers nine models (adding Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode and Grok), full site audits, AXP, API and MCP access, Looker Studio, SAML/OIDC SSO and a dedicated account team. A seven-day free trial runs Core, and a free AI visibility audit of any site returns in about 30 seconds with no credit card. The company began building in 2023, left stealth in 2024 with $4M led by Mayfield, raised a $15M Series A in 2025 ($26M total), and was acquired by Sitecore in 2026. That ownership change matters for enterprise buyers weighing roadmap control. Scrunch fits brands that want monitoring plus a way to change what agents see. If you only need prompt tracking, Core's $250 entry sits above several rivals in this directory.

Best for
Brands that want both measurement and control over what AI agents read on their site, and enterprise teams that can negotiate an AXP contract. Also fits teams benchmarking AI presence before a redesign.
Not for
Buyers who want the agent-optimization layer at self-serve prices, since AXP is Enterprise-only. Teams wanting the cheapest prompt tracker will find Core's $250 entry high for four models and 125 prompts.
Review notes
Assessed from Scrunch's live site and pricing pages in September 2026. We have not run a workspace. Getting started is a free AI visibility audit of your site in about 30 seconds, then a seven-day Core trial. Core gives you 125 unique prompts across four models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot), five site audits a month over a 25-page sitemap, five competitors, one country and one persona, plus sentiment, citations, funnel stage tagging and a little query fan-out. One page optimization a month and basic content generation sit under Optimize, so Core is mostly a measurement plan with a small fix budget.
The interesting product is AXP. Scrunch's pitch is that AI agents, not people, now read your site first. The demo on their homepage shows a page served to agents with a claimed 98.9 percent token reduction while humans see the normal version. Agent Pages deliver that optimized content, Agent Traffic shows which crawlers and agents hit you, and Site Diagnostics reports what agents cannot parse. All of it gates behind Enterprise, along with nine models instead of four, full site audits, custom prompts and workspaces, Looker Studio, Query API, MCP and SAML/OIDC SSO.
So the split is plain: $250 per month buys monitoring and benchmarks, and the agent-facing delivery layer needs a custom contract. That matters because the AXP story is the reason to pick Scrunch over a plain visibility tracker. Ownership is part of the evaluation too. Sitecore acquired Scrunch in 2026 after $26M in funding, so enterprise buyers get a larger parent's commercial terms and roadmap, while Core buyers get five seats, email support and self-serve onboarding.
Verdict
Scrunch pairs AI visibility monitoring with the ability to change what agents see, and that second half is the reason to shortlist it. Core at $250 per month is a monitoring plan; the AXP delivery layer needs an Enterprise contract. The 2026 Sitecore acquisition belongs in any long-term commitment discussion.
