SISTRIX Review
German SEO suite built on the Visibility Index, with AI-answer and Amazon analysis
GEO & LLM Optimization · From $119/mo
Overview
SISTRIX is a German SEO suite from SISTRIX GmbH, organized in three modules: Google SEO, Visibility in AI Answers, and Amazon Marketplace. The Google module is built around the SISTRIX Visibility Index, which measures over 100 million domains across 30+ countries, with keyword discovery, domain and competitor analysis, a backlink index that includes Majestic data, and an on-page crawler that handles JavaScript and mobile viewports. The AI module tracks mentions, rankings and citations in AI search engines. The Amazon module covers product research across five countries, brand and retailer analysis, and category share checks. Pricing runs Start at EUR 119/month plus taxes, Plus at EUR 239, Professional at EUR 419, and Premium at EUR 799, all cancelable monthly. Tiers set user accounts (1, 3, 6, 12), projects (3, 15, 40, 100) and data history (3 months, 5 years, then the full 11 years on Professional and up). Extra users cost EUR 24.90 on Plus and above; the Start package cannot add users. Content tools (Content Assistant, Content Planner, Content Discovery, plagiarism checks) begin at Plus. Usage is metered beyond the flat tiers: results per analysis, monthly crawl budgets from 30,000 to 4,000,000 URLs, SERP update credits, content projects, and weekly export and API credits. The API is limited to Visibility Index data on Plus and opens fully on Professional. Alerts arrive by email or Slack. Reports go out as scheduled PDFs, with white-label reports at Professional. Invoices are issued in euros, annual subscriptions reduce the monthly rate, and a 14-day free trial includes personal onboarding.

Best for
Agencies and in-house teams working across German and European search markets who want Visibility Index history, on-page crawling and AI-answer tracking in one subscription.
Not for
Buyers who need a self-serve entry tool under EUR 100/month, or teams that dislike credit-based metering stacked on a flat subscription.
Review notes
Researched from public documentation, the source repository, and vendor materials. Not a hands-on test.
Choosing a package is mostly a question of users, projects and history depth. Start gives one user, three projects and 3 months of data history with 10,000 results per analysis. Plus adds two more users, 15 projects, five years of history and the content tools. Professional opens the full 11-year history, the complete API and telephone support. Premium targets large teams with 12 users, roles and rights management, an audit log and VIP support. Since Start cannot add users later, a team of two already belongs on Plus.
Daily work centers on projects: on-page crawls against a monthly URL budget (30,000 on Start, 4 million on Premium), keyword tracking with SERP update credits, and Visibility Index analysis for any domain. Everything can be dropped into reports, dashboards and lists, which are metered per tier (3 sets on Start, 500 on Premium) and can be scheduled as daily or weekly PDFs by email. Alerts watch domains for important changes and notify by email or Slack. Export and API credits are counted weekly, 1,000 on Start up to 100,000 on Premium, so bulk data pulls need credit planning.
The AI Visibility module follows the same logic as the rest of the suite: mentions, rankings and citations in AI search engines, reported next to the classic Visibility Index. Onboarding is heavier than with a point tool. SISTRIX bundles seminars with its packages (one attendee per year on Start, twelve on Premium) and answers support requests during working hours by chat, with phone support at higher tiers. Support is English and German first, and invoices are always in euros.
Verdict
The reference tool for German and European search data, now carrying AI-visibility and Amazon modules in the same account. The metering of credits and add-ons rewards planning over impulse use.
