Adobe LLM Optimizer Review

Adobe's enterprise GEO system for AI visibility, CDN-edge fixes, and revenue attribution

GEO & LLM Optimization · Enterprise

Overview

Adobe LLM Optimizer is the name Adobe launched this product under in June 2025. The product page now calls it Adobe Brand Visibility and keeps the old name in parentheses. It is Adobe's GEO offering inside Experience Cloud, built for enterprise teams that want AI visibility measurement, site fixes, and revenue attribution in one application. Measurement covers ten LLM families including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Anthropic Claude, and Microsoft Copilot, with share-of-voice benchmarking against up to five competitors, more than 25 languages, and state and city level breakdowns. Adobe draws on nearly 300 million AI search prompts enriched with cross-platform clickstream data, and the product also shows how AI crawlers access your site, not just what the models say about it. The action half is unusual. Optimizations deploy at the CDN edge, compatible with Fastly, Akamai, and Cloudflare, so site changes ship in minutes without engineering work and roll back instantly. Adobe states the changes target AI agent requests only, so human visitors and existing SEO signals are untouched. Technical fixes cover blocked crawlers, missing structured data, and 404s, and the product generates content for Wikipedia, YouTube, Reddit, and earned media to grow citation authority. Prioritized content briefs combine SEO authority with AI citation gaps and show where one content investment moves a whole topic cluster. Attribution ties back to the rest of Adobe. Native integration with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics connects GEO work to revenue, with CDN log verification, controlled experimentation, and prompt-to-conversion tracking as the proof layer. Pricing is quote-based and sold through Adobe's sales team. The product works without Adobe Experience Manager.

Review notes

Assessed from Adobe's product page and the June 2025 launch announcement in September 2026. We have not run a pilot of the product.

Buying it starts with a sales conversation; there is no public pricing or signup. For an enterprise team the implementation spans three surfaces. First, measurement: you set a custom prompt strategy from the product's prompt corpus, then track share of voice across ten LLM families against up to five competitors, with language and regional breakdowns. Second, deployment: the product intercepts AI agent requests at the CDN layer (Fastly, Akamai, and Cloudflare are named as compatible) and serves optimized content without a CMS change or an engineering sprint, with instant rollback. Adobe states these optimizations affect AI agents only, so human visitors and existing SEO signals see no change. Third, proof: CDN logs confirm that AI bots read the updated content, and the numbers land in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, where GEO work sits next to revenue and conversions instead of in a separate report.

The workflow implications matter more than the feature list for a buyer. Content, PR, social, and affiliate teams share one workspace with automated issue routing, and briefs are prioritized by where a single investment moves a topic cluster. The product also generates content aimed at Wikipedia, YouTube, Reddit, and earned media, which is a different operating model from on-site publishing alone.

Two caveats belong in any evaluation. The attribution story assumes you run Adobe's analytics products; Adobe says the intelligence features work across stacks, but the revenue connection does not travel outside them. And the rename from LLM Optimizer to Brand Visibility is recent enough that contracts, documentation, and press coverage still use both names.

Verdict

Adobe Brand Visibility is the enterprise-native GEO play: it measures AI answers, ships fixes at the CDN edge without engineering, and reports impact where finance already looks. It is quote-based and clearly built for organizations with an Adobe analytics footprint. Outside that stack the measurement is still useful, but the attribution case weakens.
